Personal headcanon of mine. I’m going to be making more of a 2-3 part comic of the first avatar’s adventures with her lionturtle companion, but this is generally the parallel I wanted to make. She spends her life with this creature, learning the elements and energybending, etc etc - and parts with a world’s worth of knowledge shared between the two of them.
I’m sure the comic speaks for itself, either way. I LIKE SADLY FULFILLING CONCEPTS.
